When you read books, do you actually stop to think if the stuff you are reading is making sense to you? I am one of those people. I stop, so I know that I am not reading pure non-sensical, illogical stuff. It's not that I am mean, I respect the authors and the fact that they are providing us with more than a mere escape. I love reading. I have a deep heart-felt passion for it, and I have vivid memories of my all time fav books in my childhood. I don't care how long it takes me to read a book, I will dig in until I get all of the details and I am fully satiated. When is a good book, and the author deserves it, of course. I can't just put a book down, that's one of my flaws. I am human though and after all, we are all flawed beings. Since we are talking about books, there is a superb story on Alexandria and Diocletian that well, if you allow me I can shed light on this. If you thought this world was upside down. Have you read about the Ancient Egypt civilizations lately? They weren't as simple as 1, 2, 3 let me tell you this. And if you were, to find out the sex of the baby. You had to use barley and wheat seeds. I'm sorry if I sound crazy but I think that's nasty. Let science be our guide today. We don't need no damm barley seeds. Thank God we have modern devices and clean pregnancy tests and medical facilities nowadays. I mean, I know 5000 years back in Egyptian time, I mean back then there was the use of natural and yet I see this as somet

Yes, lemon is full of Vitamin C (which is why hot water and lemon first thing in the morning is wonderful), but MORINGA is the real star here, serving up 22 percent of our recommended daily amount. MORINGA has been called “The Miracle Tree” because of its unusually high nutritional value and healing abilities, containing 19 essential amino acids, calcium, potassium and Vitamin A. If you need more Vitamin K (which is important for bone health) in your life, one serving of swiss chard has 300 percent of the recommended daily value. And ginger is perfect for lowering inflammation and easing a slightly gassy stomach.

HI guys!! I'm certainly crazy about health/fitness. However, my jam is alternative medicine, for real. I dig it because I use to suffer from asthma and I needed these natural remedies to cure it. I have grown out of it because as in most cases that is what usually tends to occur with asthma sufferers. Thank GOD! On a different note: I bring you guys this new and rad herb, called HYSSOP. Hyssop has been praised as a medicinal plant for centuries and is still in wide use today by herbalists and those seeking natural forms of treatment. Hyssop is an herbaceous plant, scientifically known as Hyssopus officinalis, that is widely sought after for its potential medical applications. Native to southern Europe and the Middle East, hyssop is a woody shrub that bears clumps of colorful flowers each summer. Hyssop has enjoyed cultural, religious, and social importance in many different periods of history, including ancient Greece and Egypt. This plant can be eaten, and the leave
