Honey, wake up & do all you can

Image
Hi, I’m just posting this pretty positive picture, I wanted to share this with you. I found this wonderful quote tonight. I’m in spite of the fact that is really late. I know now that when you collect new things your not only is a good way to get familiar with them. But also you can share them with family and friends. And get to know them. Which in turn is good because as humans we have an instrinsic need to share. Thank you for coming back to my post guys. I look forward everyday for new visitors. Remember enjoy the ride!

Windy autumn day

Hi, how are you doing? It’s freezing cold. I like to turn the heating up. I have posted that I have a daughter. I like to take her to the park. It’s part of a self care routine that I have in place and we have found is the perfect way to keep active and kill time. The windy weather has blown all of the leafs, here in the North of Canada I noticed that it’s getting even windier. I feel like it’s going to snow on my birthday. I’m celebrating my birthday on a Sunday. I’m curious about the weather that day. I usually like to have a picnic at the park, but some of my favourite things are going out regardless wether is chilly outside or what the weather looks like. My favourite place to relax is nature. Anything nature related may count towards an exciting day. For example, looking at the flora and fauna in a park adds a boost to my fitness plan, I spend time with my family and friends and for some reason I have no anxiety at the end of a special day outside. I went walking the other day and

China is the birthplace of tea.

Most of you think that India is the birthplace of tea right? India, right away, elephants, camels & ginger and spices come to my mind's eye. YOga and the chakras. Nope, is just a myth. I'm sorry to break it to you, but as mythical as it sounds, it gets better. China, only produces 10 % of its tea. Yet, it is the number one producer of unusual teas, leave it to the Chinese for unusual weirdness in terms of cooking. They produce at least 60 % of the world teas, roughly. Most are green teas. The island of Taiwan consumes most of its green tea locally, however they do export a variety of high quality tea. I don't know if you've been in my blog before but I  know all about this topic, check my other posts about tea and related things for an instant tall glass of refreshing water. Some say variety is the spice if life right? I think, we would be doomed if there was no spice in our daily life, the mundane would just feel, like that exactly, as it sounds to you, mundane, an

For a fresh start: try Bikram yoga

Bikram yoga is so sensationalized. In the media, in the movies. C'mon, I can't be the only one in the universe that knows about it? You do know the crazy, latest things about its numerous health benefits for your mind and body right? I can't begin to explain what yoga does to you. Immediately, I can bring up, some serious changes to your posture, I have scoliosis. I am no longer in need of a body cast but I was wearing one for like the longest time in high school. I thought I was one of the weird kids, for real, like I abhor any memories that bring up what I put up with. You have no idea. I decided, that mainly because of my back issues I would start doing yoga. Yo, you have no idea. Issues that were there were gone and within days I started walking like there was no scoliosis, to be afraid of. I didn't even become mindful of the mental side effects until afterwards, because you will never know until you try it right? Well by the time that I struggled getting up at like
