You are what you sip! I read this online on a blog about fitness and I pondered about this in pain while I was in the train. By the way, have you guys been in the train? Best experience ever?  Have you ever been on a family trip for the longest time and you didn’t wish it would stop? Well there it is. I have pictures to prove how much I love taking the train. It can really change things! I’m thankful I had this experience with my daughter. P. S the food you get on the train is superb.
