Moringa: The miracle tree

Image
Yes, lemon  is full of Vitamin C (which is why hot water and lemon first thing in the morning is wonderful), but  MORINGA  is the real star here, serving up 22 percent of our recommended daily amount. MORINGA has been called “The Miracle Tree” because of its unusually high nutritional value and healing abilities, containing 19 essential amino acids, calcium, potassium and Vitamin A. If you need more  Vitamin K  (which is important for bone health) in your life, one serving of swiss chard  has  300 percent of the recommended daily value. And  ginger  is perfect for lowering inflammation and easing a slightly gassy stomach.

Hyssop: Its a mystery of an herb

HI guys!! I'm certainly crazy about health/fitness. However, my jam is alternative medicine, for real. I dig it because I use to suffer from asthma and I needed these natural remedies to cure it. I have grown out of it because as in most cases that is what usually tends to occur with asthma sufferers. Thank GOD! On a different note: I bring you guys this new and rad herb, called HYSSOP. Hyssop has been praised as a medicinal plant for centuries and is still in wide use today by  herbalists  and those seeking natural forms of treatment. Hyssop is an  herbaceous  plant, scientifically known as  Hyssopus officinalis,  that is widely  sought after  for its potential medical applications. Native to southern Europe and the Middle East, hyssop is a woody shrub that bears clumps of colorful flowers each summer. Hyssop has enjoyed cultural, religious, and social importance in many different periods of history, including ancient Greece and Egypt. This plant can be eaten, and the leave

Tea, Yay!

Hello everyone, I hope you’re stuffed with tea infographics from your coccyx to your Achilles’s. My Christmas was great. I hope yours was too! Anyway I love to sip on hot beverages, my god is there a better feeling in the world? Yea, I think this year, tea is here to stay. Because of it, I found the best infographic on the planet. What exactly is an infographic? It’s like a useful piece of information printed on a piece of paper although using paper that’s actually optional. I did the research and I love researching. I realized when I read that I desperately need infographics and at all times in my life. I need them like it’s a kidney. Harvested and transported for my the opposite side of the world. And like, pronto. They provide you with the ease of thought & basic info you need for the topic you have at hand at any moment.  Yeah, you know the constant chatter, chatter, chatter you’re put through on a daily basis. Well, this gives me some peace of mind and then I can almost always

I like to ponder on the best thing I’ve found.

I was sitting in my kitchen sink the other day. Trying to figure out what or how to start dinner. And I was sipping my tea all stressed out. And I don’t know how I put the kettle on and begun to make a tea. My goodness, I know you all like to drink tea when your stressing out but that’s is my jam. I don’t care what people say about it. Drinking tea and coffee is the best experience in my world at least. You know how tea and coffee gets under people’s skin. They claim that it can be the most boring and annoying thing of all. I have the pleasure to tell you my friends that the mystery has been unravelled. Shh, don’t tell anyone. Yup, I know it’s Iike you just dropped your wallet and someone else picked it up and returned to you. Your whole entire world changes.  Lol I’m just saying that I’m so thankful for tea and coffee. I’m like a coffeeholic. I just came up with that term. You can’t find that terminology in any text not even a scholar textbook or any little book. Anyhow speaking of bo
