Before you rush into the hectic holiday

Practicing meditation just 8 minutes every day can have a crazy, significant impact on your mental health. Choose the length of your session. Make sure you are lying down in a quiet area. Make sure you do it daily. It helps to shift your consciousness a bit and creates a more mindful you. I’m thankful I have this practice in my life because I can tackle any problem that comes with all honesty from the bottom of my heart. Since I’m beginning to get more meditations in my life my mood improvements have been huge. Focus on yourself and your whole body. Treat it as you would your best friend. <3
