Coffee Veritas: There is truth in Coffee

Did you guys know that Coffee was not only considered a stimulant but it was also considered Satan's drank. Bring me that sweet libation, what then? then it went to become a diabolic drink. ( Maniacal laughter) During the Roman Catholic rule it went to become a drug prescribed by doctors in Venice, imagine if that was the current order of affairs. I would lose it. It would be something like whats becoming of marihuana. It was considered a dangerous stimulant, to the surprise of many the Pope enjoyed the taste of coffee. I wonder how does the Pope takes his coffee? AND the surprise came when Pope Clement VIII in 1592 enjoyed his coffee so much that he baptized it so that everyone could enjoy it. Thank you for this Popey :) AND ultimately, consume it without a prescription. Imagine going to your pharmacist with your coffee prescription every morning. Or even when you apply for a job on Indeed.ca including it in your Linkedin profile, currently taking coffee prescriptions on many tastes and FLAVAS! Starbucks would go out of business. Very convenient for us earth dwellers that you don't need a prescription for this though. For coffee was considered the wine of infidels, did you know this? I bet you didn't know, cool right? I think there was a lot of bad stereotyping in the middle ages. Thank goodness for the modernization process we underwent, certainly changed things a bit around here, I have to be honest with you guys. If coffee back then, was considered the wine of the infidels, my god then why is wine considered to be among the holiest drinks of the Catholic Church, denoted as the blood of Christ? I am incredibly confused by this. <3
